Lecture Theatre
Our versatile lecture theatre is perfect for meetings and conferences up to 172 guests. It can be booked with break-out spaces and an overflow space, which allows for up to 200 delegates. The lecture theatre comes with fully-integrated audio and an AV technician for the duration of your event. Our team of event experts will listen to your needs and collaborate with you to meet your objectives and ensure your event is delivered seamlessly.
Virtual and Hybrid Events
Our in-house audio-visual facilities paired with our resident partners at Jacobs Massey enable brands and companies to connect on a digital stage professionally and creatively. The Lecture Theatre is a blank canvas that boasts advanced technology including an integrated audio-visual system; touchscreen controls, state of the art projector, wireless handheld lectern and lapel microphones, as well as adaptable voice support.
High-definition cameras enable presentations, conferences and concerts to be recorded and live streamed to YouTube. All bookings come with a complementary Zoom link for up to 500 delegates.

Lower Library
When you hire our Lecture Theatre, use of the Lower Library is also included within the fee. This space is an ideal break-out room for refreshments and networking.
